Roulette's Dream Performance!!
Hey Everyone! I would like to describe for you my dream performance...
Of course I m dying to tour and see all of the Gay Pride Festivals and bay bars all across the U.S. (Or World for that matter!)...but in my dreams, I sell out Madison Square Garden in my home state of New York!!! I would be headlining my own one-woman show a'la Bette Midler. It would be part comedy, part dance, part song, and completely entertaining!! My sense of humor is very similar to hers, very baudy and kinda filthy...I was lucky enough to see her live for my 21st birthday and I will never forget it!! I would love to have her in my audience, as well as my family, all of my friends, hopefully many of my fans, and many celebrities including Madonna, the Spice Girls, Janet Jackson, Pink, Jennifer Lopez, and many others...Lots of strong women!! I would love to have RuPaul there too...talk about a star-studded crowd!!
I would have Kathy Griffin open for me...I love that bitch!! She cracks my shit up...I think her and I would make an amazing event. She would totally be Roulette's totally favorite hag ever!!!
I would put on a great show for you all!!! It would have lots of fabulous costumes and great sets...it would tell a story about me, I really like my audience to come away with a greater knowledge of who Roulette is, where she came from, and what she is all about. It would be a celebration of individuality and perseverence and I would have tributes to some of my favorites artists.
I hope you guys keep voting for me and I REALLY hope I make it to Round 3 and then the show!!!

I am SOOOOO excited to see who makes it through to round 2...I think I am pretty safely inside the top 75% in the 55th spot....not too shabby!!! Good luck to everyone else in the competition...I am excited to see who steps up their game in the next round!!! I wish they would hurry up and post the new approved song list...I hope there are more contemporary hits and maybe some dance tracks and less golden classics on the next list!!! Dinah Shore, really?? Thank you to all of my voters, you guys ROCK MY WORLD. I apologize for not having any new updates in a while...y'all wouldn't believe how busy things have been in my world lately!!! :P LOL...Things are looking up though!! I start a new job under a new manager on Monday so I went and 'got ma hurrs did' this morning, a girls gotta look GOOD on her first day...you know it!!

Thank you to all of our nations veterans!!
My father served in the U.S. Navy for 23 years and I still have an older brother currently serving in the armed forces so this time of year has special meaning to me. It makes me appreciate the special freedoms I have to be able to be the outrageous queen I am here in this beautiful glorious United States. Where else in the world would a crazy queen like RuPaul have a show like this??? LOL...Back on a seriou level, I lived in Hawaii in Pearl City for a few years when I was very young, and remember visiting the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial and being overwhelmed at the experience. Seeing the wreckage first-hand at such a young age really makes an impression on a child. The sacrifices some of the people in our country have made to serve our nation and protect our freedoms humble me. Thank you everyone.

Wow- Thank goodness we all made it through another one. This has been quite the week. Work was terrible, I won't go into it now, but this site has helped me stay focused and positive this week, it has definately helped it go faster!! I'm am very excited to have a LONG holiday weekend full of relaxing and fun times.
I am working all weekend on new looks for vids and photos for you all. Thank you to my fans, your support means SO much to me!!

It's Wednesday already and I can't believe it! This week is flying by. I keep checking my votes and leaving blogs, I love this site. I am addicted! I am so happy that someone had this idea, I think it is brilliant. I can't wait to be on the show, I hope I make it. I think I will be a good contestant because I'm competitive, strong, independent, I'm respected by my peers in the field and I'm nice to people. I know that can be a draw-back sometime, especially in this field (some biatches will take advantage in a heart beat), but I am a natural teacher and love to share my knowledge. I see myself taking a motherly role on the show, giving advice and helping others if/when I have time and before the show. I have dreamed of a business doing drag-overs LOL!! Maybe someday that dream can come true. Maybe someday I can help others release their inner queen!!!

Weekend...
I hope you all had a good weekend...it was my ex's birthday so I spent Saturday evening and then again Sunday hanging out with him. It's nice to spend time with someone I'm familiar with again. We moved here together here to Phoenix, Arizona about a year and a half ago and broke up about six months later. Even after three years the strain of a new life was too much and we went our separate ways. I think he had a good time, he had a lot of his new friends show up. We went to a nice restaurant in the University district in Tempe and then drove about 10 miles to downtown Scottsdale and went dancing. I am happy his birthday party went well, it was nice to see him smiling and happy.
Sunday we met again for breakfast and then went to the same bar to meet some of the same friends to watch the drag show and then we went out for mexican food. OMG, yumm!!!

I am very excited to be a part of this project I really hope I get selected so I can leave my crappy day job and do something else for a while. I have been with my company for 4 years now and I got yet another annual performance review from the boss I have that doesn't like me much and it was as bad as I expected. I was pretty bummed out so I went and got my hair cut (gots to look pretty as a boy too!), then came home and made dinner and went for a nice long brisk walk. I feel better now, exercising always calms me down. Anyways, I am off to bed for the night, please continue to VOTE VOTE VOTE and then VOTE tomorrow too!

I used to do drag regularly in the bars in Portland, and won a 'Best Dressed' contest on New Years here this year. I love to perform, love music and dancing.
