Updated Biography for Ms Kamille Leon

A DoSe Of FaBuLoSiTy:

AbOuT tHe DrAG DiVa Ms. KaMiLLe LeOn-ToXXX:

The incomparable Ms Kamille Leon-Toxxx started her journey at a very young age, like every other aspiring homo, playing dress up in his mom's closet. Even then, she knew she could WORK a heel better than most chicks! Call it "natural talent" lmao

In 1998, at the age of 15, she started working at a Children's Museum where her flamboyant creativity was cultivated and explored over the next three years. Kamille could easily be found in one of three places: either in the tower belting out opera like Donna Summer, at the stage creating mini drag shows with the other kids (those straight boys had NO idea lol), or in the radio station perfecting her lip-synching skills.

In 2005, she moved on to the next aspect of her drag-evolution and stepped into the genre of bellydance. For 2 years, she studied intensively with several well-known and respected teachers and performed at various middle eastern restaurants across the Valley. In this time, she perfected her personal stage presence and learned little nuances of performance that always shock, surprise, or entertain her audience like the cracking of the diva fan or doing a backbend (not bad for a big b*tch!)

A Grammy award-winning artist in the category of In-the-Shower Singers, KLToxxx's style of performance is both dead on with her ability to give the illusion that she is actually singing the song and to dance with fierceness and without fear. Her style is both filled with energy and passion: a combination that has proved very lucrative... recently, she was tipped a $100 bill while dancing with a Piranha club-goer for a mere 5 minutes.

On Friday, June 27 2008, thanks to the support from the Vixen of Las Vegas, Ms. Vine, Kamille stepped out onto the stage for the very first time and shocked the crowd with her take-no-prisoners rendition of Jeanie Tracy’s Party People. Next, she performed for the second time at Charlie’s with a new look, a newly shaped corseted body, (what a difference those f*ckers make lol) and more confidence than ever before. Not only did she “WOW” the crowd, but made almost three times as much in tips, proof that her skill and comfort levels being on stage are growing in leaps and bounds. Now known as “That One Queen with the Nails”, Ms. KLT hopes to start performing throughout the City of Sin and make a name for herself in the GLBT community. Kamille can be seen performing every Friday night in Jewdi Vine’s show “Confessions” at Flex Cocktail Lounge and every Sunday night in Kitty Litter’s Box of Treats show at Charlie’s Las Vegas. Kamille can also be seen Monday nights at Charlie’s and Tuesday nights at Flex. [Check her Calendar for more detailed information including times and addresses.]

KLToxxx’s has many future goals that she would like to share with the kids. Her biggest dream is to become a cast member of the world famous La Cage at the Riviera Hotel performing the illusion of Missy “Misdemeanor” Elliott, Donna Summer, or Chaka Khan. Her next biggest dream is to become fierce enough to travel the United States serving it up to the masses and be able support herself financially doing drag only. In other words, she wants her gig schedule to look something like Erica Andrews with something dragalicious going on every night. (Love you Erica… You inspire me more than you will ever know… Love you girl!!!) And lastly, KLT wants to one day grace the television or movie screen playing herself or someone equally as fabulous (like Rupaul did in To Wong Foo or Miss Congeniality). If the show is as much of a success as Ms. KLT foresees it to be, she hopes to one day have enough support and fierceness to land a spot on a FUTURE season of Rupaul’s Drag Race on the LOGO channel. (for those who don’t know, the show is like America’s Next Top Model meets Reality Television in a way that only drag queens can serve up) Thank you for reading bitches and hope to see you at the show!!!

Pouring My Heart Out to Ms Nina Flowers!

*this is a comment I just left Nina on her MySpace... Because of how inspirational she has been to me, I thought I would post it here too so the producers might see what kind of impact she will have on the world from being on this show*

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

"NiNa!!! Hearing that you're coming out to Vegas is probably the best news I've gotten all year!!! Will you be performing? I will promote my a$$ off for you girl! My 4th was cool and different. I went to my FIRST pageant and my drag mother won her FIRST title. Hope you had a great 4th tambien! I just wanted you to know a few things mija... First of all I had been terrified to start performing for 7 months. I had always been a BELLYDANCER, not a DRAG QUEEN. I was terrified to step onto that stage in new shoes (heels, nonetheless) and still be fierce. Until I found you on Rupauls Drag Race and then on Youtube. I watched 3 of my favorite performance videos of yours 3x a day for a month straight and found the confidence to finally perform for the first time on June 27th. I did PARTY PEOPLE, a song that you taught me how to work! Thank you so much for helping me overcome my fear, all the way from Denver, and allowing me to experience what fulfillment is. I am so happy!!! Also, you have inspired me to stop thinking and talking about it, and actually enroll at Euphoria, a local beauty school here, to become a professional makeup artist, like you. NINA, you f**kin' ROCK and you have no idea how you have changed my life. Thanks for being your rockin' self and I would be honored to be in your presence when you make your way out to the City of Sin.
LOVE, Ms Kamille Leon-Toxxx"

Talk About A Love-Hate Relationship...

I tell ya'... I love being a drag queen. I can't think of anything that is more liberating for the soul (except, of course, maybe becoming a bellydancer lol) But being a drag queen has allowed me the freedom to be as wild and obnoxious and as crazy and as funny as I truly am when I'm not hiding from the world.

But getting ready... becoming the fabulous Miss Kamille Leon-Toxxx is work!!!! I hate it! Shaving, painting my face, finding something extraordinary to wear, painting my fingers and toes, more shaving! It is a lot of f**kin' work! It is almost 11pm and I haven't even started to get ready for my Saturday night. Which means I won't make it to the clubs until at least 1:30am. That sucks!

Talk about a love-hate relationship...

Went Out Last Night As a Boy! ?!?!?

Which TRULY is a rare occurrence... happens maybe once or twice every 3 to 6 months. I had to go out "out of face" though or else I wouldn't have made it on time. There is a drag show at a local club here called FLEX that I have been wanting to see for a year or two but never made it because the show starts earlier than I could ever get ready in time for. (hence me going as a boy last night) lol

It was fabulous. The host Jewdi Vine is fierce and she welcomed back an old queen who's been off the scene for about 2 years. It was cool because that queen I met on myspace as a boy and it took me until his second number to realize it was him lmao.

Well after a slew of cocktails, some fierce improv dancing, a whole lot of flirting and as Flavor Flav would say, a NIGHTCAP, I ended a long night of dragaliciousness. Was there from 11pm until 6 or 7 am. Now that's the way you f**kin do it bitches lol!

Until next time... Keep it tucked for beauty is pain!

I Am Not Ashamed to Ask for the Support of Fans!

A local queen here posted this bulletin to Myspace seemingly right after I had asked for my Myspace friends for their support to help me reach for my dream of drag stardom. Perhaps a deletion from my FRIENDS list is in order... Spiteful bitches lol

From: Deleted to protect the IGNORANT... oops, I mean 'innocent'

Date: May 25, 2008 9:35 AM

Subject: Please don't vote for me

Body: As I don't give a rats behind about getting on RuPaul's show.

I get enough attention and don't need to beg for it on myspace."

Why Should You Vote for Me?

The biggest reason... because the show needs an underdog. Someone that doesn't have 10-20 years of experience but has just as much heart and passion for performing. Someone that doesn't have a degree in make-up artistry but has carried around and studied religiously Kevyn Aucoin's Making Faces book like it was her bible for the past 12 months. Someone you can watch blossom on the show and really serve it up when you least expect it from a newcomer to the genre. That's why you should vote for me today, and everyday.

Thanks guys gals and in betweens! LOVE YA!
