To Be Round 3 Or Not To Be?

Well, here we are DAYS into Round 3, but the site still hasn't been updated. So, does that mean everyone who's meet the Round 2 requirements is going on, or, will contestants be eliminated at the same time that the Site News section is updated. Regardless of what happens, whoever remains will only have fours days to throw together two videos. So, should those of us who aren't on the first page begin working on our Round 3 videos, even though it might be in vain, or, should we wait and see what happens?!
